Focus:
Provides basic secretarial, administrative and other programmatic support to managers, employees and office visitors by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Supervisor: CEO and/or CEO Assistant
Role:
Ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
Be the first point of contact for other organizations who ask help from ROLDA.
Represent the organisation with professionalism and friendliness ensuring that all new, existing and potential partners are accommodated effectively.
Oversee day to day running of front office including providing excellent service and knowledgeable support, information and guidance.
Providing general secretarial/administrative support to the senior management team.
Keeping up to date records of staff and contracts.
Work closely with other team members.
Promote our spaces through listing sites, newsletters and local magazines.
