Focus:

Upload and schedule posts correctly for all Social Media (English pages).

Supervisor: Social Media Manager

Role:

Manage & own social media calendar from creative content creation to copy creation.

Communicate with Social Media fans regularly to understand their needs or answer any queries.

Use data to analyse what’s working and what’s not.

Ensures the correct scheduling of posts and that the post is right for each social media page (different payment info, links on different websites for AU, UK, US etc).

Check the post text for grammar mistakes.

Check that the image assigned to the text is appropriate.

Experience/Requirements:

Have a strong understanding of the social media industry and platforms.

A track record of working in social media, developing and delivering social media content.

Professional experience managing a social media calendar and the use of scheduling tools, with proficiency in reporting across different social media channels.

Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter.

Strong communication skills.

Good administration skills and accountable for own workload.
