Global Field Volunteering Opportunity (Romania Sanctuary Stay): Looking for hands-on, direct rescue experience? UAE residents are eligible to participate in ROLDA’s existing Global Volunteer Program at our animal sanctuaries in Romania. Enjoy short-term studio stays while assisting field teams on the frontlines.

Act as the public face of ROLDA UAE during major regional trade exhibitions, retail pop-up activations, Social events held by ROLDA and/or partners, corporate lunch-and-learns, and school/university workshops. Community Events Specialists ensure smooth event execution, engage local residents, and spread awareness about ROLDA’s educational and international relief missions.

Strict Regulatory & Financial Compliance Notice
Important UAE Legal Alignment (Federal Law No. 3 of 2021): ROLDA UAE operates under strict federal regulations governing voluntary and charitable activities. Volunteers are strictly prohibited from soliciting, accepting, or handling cash, checks, or direct personal digital transfers. Volunteers assist exclusively by directing the public to our legal, government-approved digital donation channels (such as authorized QR codes and licensed payment gateways).
Simple 4-Step Onboarding Process
1. Submit Application & CV: Fill out our brief intake form, attach your resume, and include a 3-sentence proposal on how you plan to engage UAE residents.
2. Short Online Interview: Attend a brief video check-in to discuss your expectations and role fit.
3. Vetting & Security Clearance: Provide identity verification (Emirates ID) stored securely under UAE Data Protection Law (PDPL Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and sign the Volunteer Commitment Agreement.
4. Receive Onboarding Pack & WhatsApp Access: Get your Official ROLDA UAE Volunteer Handbook, orientation slides, and join our active UAE volunteer coordination group.
