Support the communications team as an agile mobile storyteller, photographer, video editor, or graphic designer capturing the visual momentum of ROLDA’s Middle East presence. This creative role turns live event moments, Middle East welfare initiatives, UAE operational announcements, and regional campaign news into compelling visual content that engages local communities, builds corporate sponsorships, and elevates ROLDA’s voice across all Middle East social media platforms.
Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Local Operations & Event Coverage: Attend live UAE gatherings, workshops, pop-up activations, and regional partner events to capture high-definition raw footage and photos.
- Middle East News & Campaign Media: Design and produce eye-catching digital graphics, carousels, and visual announcements for ROLDA’s Middle East social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) regarding local actions, joint initiatives, and regional news updates.
- Short-Form Video Production: Edit dynamic, localized short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) tailored specifically for UAE and GCC audiences.
- Corporate Pitch & Sponsorship Assets: Collaborate with the communications team to design professional visual assets and media kit graphics that support corporate CSR proposals.
- Asset Management & Alignment: Maintain organized digital drives for raw media files, edited assets, and campaign graphics while ensuring strict adherence to ROLDA brand guidelines and cultural standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Photographers, videographers, video editors, or graphic designers based in the UAE with a strong creative portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut/Canva).
- Access to mobile or professional camera equipment for live event coverage.
- Creative storytelling ability with an eye for visual detail, brand consistency, and emotional resonance.

Role Details & Commitment
- Location: Hybrid (On-site for event coverage + Remote editing)
- Time Commitment: Flexible (approx. 3–5 hours per week)
- Duration: 3-Month Renewable Engagement
