Focus:
As a social media moderator, you will reply to comments in a timely fashion, ensuring that supporters and donors feel they have connected with ROLDA via our Facebook page.
Supervisor: Social Media Manager
Role:
Respond to interactions with followers, including moderating comments and blocking and/or reporting accounts, when necessary.
Able to avoid deleting or ignoring comments that are opinion based. ROLDA will support you with suitable replies that give us a chance to showcase what we do.
Able to thank each person who confirms they have donated.
Can correct or remove any misleading or false content as quickly as possible.
Experience/Requirements:
Be respectful, polite, and patient when engaging in conversations on behalf of ROLDA.
Able to avoid speaking on matters outside their field of expertise when possible.
