Deliver an exceptional experience to all donors and supporters.
Supervisor: Fundraising and Donor Stewardship Manager
Role:
Ensure donors are placed at the heart of everything we do, without exception.
Ensure all donor and supporter records, individual and corporate reflect the most recent giving activity and promotional history.
Ensure that enquiries, or requests for information and support are directed to the most relevant person, in a timely manner.
Ensure all donor and supporter records are updated with most recent personal, financial and non-financial data from internal and external partners.
Liaise with other fundraising colleagues to ensure that GDPR assessments for all database requests, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures to protect donor and supporter data are carried out and filed correctly.
Ensure that all queries and correspondence from donors and supporters, are responded to within agreed timeframes and providing timely responses.
Maximise opportunities for donor retention and progression by delivering an exceptional experience in all donor interactions.
Experience/Requirements:
Desirable, experience in sales and client attention.
Computer skills: Command of bulk email sites.
Desirable, knowledge of edition programs for text and images. (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop).
Excellent interpersonal skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and international team.
Proven ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Keen attention to detail.
Interest in fundraising and donor stewardship.
