Donation Campaign Coordinator
ROLDA is seeking motivated people to join our team to coordinate local donation campaigns in Switzerland to support animal rescue operations manage collection points, oversee in-kind donations, and ensured proper inventory and logistics for international transport.
Your role:
- Campaign Coordination: Establish and manage a local donation campaign in your hometown or nearest major city to support ROLDA’s rescue operations.
- Collection Point Setup: Identify and organize a designated drop-off location (such as a pet shop, veterinary clinic, community center, or school) where community members can donate items.
- Partnership Development: Liaise with local partners and businesses to support the campaign and encourage community participation.
- Promotion & Outreach: Promote the initiative through social media, local networks, posters, and community outreach to raise awareness and encourage donations.
- Donation Management: Organize and oversee the collection of in-kind donations such as pet food, veterinary medications (within expiry date), blankets, bowls, toys, leashes, collars, and pet coats.
- Inventory & Documentation: Maintain a clear inventory list of collected items to ensure proper documentation for logistics and customs requirements.
- Logistics Preparation: Assist with consolidating and preparing collected donations so they can be transported to ROLDA’s rescue operations in Romania and Ukraine.
