Focus:

Analyze statistics and look for ways that ROLDA can improve its online marketing efforts.

Supervisor: Web project manager

Role:

Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.

Test campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase website performance.

Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.

Research digital marketing trends (PPC advertising, email marketing best practices, for example), and how they can relate to ROLDA goals.

Develop strategies for growth, assess new campaign/client targets and build out demand generation programs with the goal of generating campaign success, increasing online presence.

Use a wide variety of programs and technologies to test/develop/implement new ideas and strategies to generate digital marketing success.

Experience/Requirements:

Motivated & result driven.

Strong creative problem-solving skills.

Analytically minded, with a proven history of analysing multi-country web environments through to conversion.

Skills in developing PPC campaigns, have a strong knowledge of SEO, and are certified or experts in using programs like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, email marketing tools.

Strategic, analytical and have strong communication skills, and be able to relay technical information/data/results to non-technical team members.
