Community Events & Outreach Specialists

Act as the public face of ROLDA UAE during major regional trade exhibitions, retail pop-up activations, Social events held by ROLDA and/or partners, corporate lunch-and-learns, and school/university workshops. Community Events Specialists ensure smooth event execution, engage local residents, and spread awareness about ROLDA’s educational and international relief missions.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End On-Site Event Execution: Provide active operational support across all phases of ROLDA UAE event activations—including guest check-in/registration, attendee tracking, booth setup, material distribution, on-site logistics, and post-event teardown.
Public & Guest Hospitality: Serve as a professional host for international attendees, local residents, corporate partners, and school groups, welcoming guests and answering general inquiries about ROLDA’s mission.
Crowd Flow & Activation Support: Assist with managing guest flow, conducting digital survey data collection, and supporting on-site interactive features or presentation schedules.
General Event Logistics & Team Support: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by the ROLDA event manager to ensure seamless event delivery, high safety standards, and a polished brand representation.
Compliant Donor Guidance: Direct interested supporters and potential corporate partners strictly to official, compliant QR code gateways and legal registration portals (strictly non-financial/no cash handling).

What We’re Looking For:

UAE residents with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public-facing presentation skills.
Prior experience in event management, hospitality, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is a plus.
High energy, reliability, punctuality, and a polished professional demeanor.
Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory).

Role Details & Commitment

Location: On-site at event venues across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.)
Time Commitment: Event-based (approx. 4–8 hours per scheduled event activation)
Duration: 3-Month Renewable Engagement
